Best CrockPot Pork Tenderloin!

We love a good grilled pork tenderloin at our house. The problem is, it's 40 degrees and raining, COLD!!! So I tried our favorite marinade + crock pot = love! Everyone just ate it up (except my Mollie). So I wanted to share this recipe with you.
2lbs pork tenderloin (mine was 2.25lbs.)
1 pkg McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon marinade (found mine at Wal-mart)
1/2 cup Southern Comfort (or you can use regular bourbon)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp white vinegar
put all the ingredients in the crock pot then lay the pork on top and cook. I cooked my partly frozen (mostly thawed) pork in on high for about 3 hours, I did flip mine a few times but not necessary. Then on low for about 3 hours. At last on keep warm until we ate about 2 hours later. Perfect! If you want to leave it all day you might want to cook it on low for about 8 hours.
It was fall apart good.

Hope you enjoy!
Jill
